Анотація
Проведено аналіз практики діяльності органів суддівського самоврядування зарубіжних країн. Здійснено науково-теоретичне дослідження типових
моделей суддівського самоврядування для країн Європи. Виділено основні повноваження органів суддівського самоврядування.
