Анотація
В статье рассматриваются статьи основополагающих договоров ЕС, которые содержат положения о развитии энергетического сектору ЕС, отдельные директивы, которые регламентируют вопросы применения отдельных источников энергии, аименно природного газа, электроэнергии и возобновляемых источников энергии. Особое внимание уделено положениям, которые регламентируют создание и функционирование внутреннего энергетического рынка Европейского Союза, обеспечивают энергетическую безопасность в рамках Европейского Союза.
