Анотація
Стаття присвячена кваліфікації ситуації в Автономній Республіці Крим, Донецькій і Луганській області з точки зору міжнародного гуманітарного права. Така кваліфікація є вкрай важливою, оскільки вона визначає, який статус мають безпосередні учасники збройного конфлікту та які норми міжнародного гуманітарного права повинні застосуватися у кожному конкретному випадку. Особливо це питання є важливим для захисту цивільного населення і цивільних об’єктів, а також осіб, які перестали брати безпосередню участь у воєнних діях.
