ПостНПУ реформи та демократія
Анотація
Розглянуто концепції «об’єднаного уряду» та «цілісного уряду», взяті за основу в ході здіснення сучасних адміністративних реформ на Заході. Обґрунтовано, що вони стали не лише відповіддю на невдачі Нового публічного управління, а відображенням переходу від моделі демократії входу до моделі демократії виходу.
