Анотація
Системна криза в Україні, яка супроводжує усі сфери життєдіяльності людини, обумовлює пошуки шляхів і механізмів мінімізації втрат груп інтересів. У даній статті розглянуті основні механізми англійського права, які ефективно застосовуються в українському правовому полі. Виявлено та обґрунтовано необхідність удосконалення вітчизняного законодавства шляхом внесення положень про неконкуренцію і гарантій виконання зобов'язань.
